Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality, with a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
  • Strong team management skills, with experience leading and developing a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an eye for detail, ensuring that every guest interaction is thoughtful, welcoming, and professional.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to meet changing demands.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Experience in event coordination, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate events.

Responsibilities

  • Create the Vision: Develop and implement a hospitality strategy that transforms our office space into a dynamic, guest-focused environment where every day feels exceptional.
  • Build and Inspire the Team: Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, including Hospitality Leads and front-of-house food and beverage teams. Foster a service culture that anticipates and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring that all services—ranging from events and conference catering to concierge services—are seamless and memorable.
  • Orchestrate Events: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to organize and execute memorable events, from intimate meetings to large-scale celebrations, ensuring every detail is perfected.
  • Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and safety throughout all public spaces. Every interaction and detail matters in creating an inviting atmosphere.
  • Build Community Connections: Establish and nurture strong relationships with local vendors and partners, enhancing offerings and enriching the overall guest experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from guests to continuously improve the hospitality experience. Use insights to refine services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Evolution, Not Revolution: Explore new trends, technologies, and creative ideas to gradually enhance the experience, positioning our property as a leader in modern workplace hospitality without disrupting the established culture.
