The Graduate Studies & Support office provides general oversight, guidance, advisement, and leadership to staff and faculty administrators, as well as 350+ graduate students related to and enrolled in all the school's graduate programs, and 90+ postdoctoral fellows in school community building and career development. The Graduate Studies & Support team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Graduate Affairs to oversee the day-to-day operations of graduate student services across the Charlie Dunlop School of Biological Sciences graduate programs. Under the general direction of the Director of Graduate Affairs, incumbent provides supervision to Graduate Student Coordinators in the Charlie Dunlop School of Biological Sciences ensuring that procedural guidance to students is timely and accurate. Directs subordinates to guidelines, schedules, and departmental and school course requirement literature. Coordinates the graduate student employment process. This position plays a key role in shaping graduate student experience, supporting academic excellence, and guiding strategic initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
