About The Position

Lead and manage all concessions operations at the world’s most iconic historic ballpark. Drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance while maintaining exceptional quality standards across food and beverage outlets.

Requirements

5+ years in food & beverage operations; concessions experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management (preferred).
Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays per event schedule.

Responsibilities

Oversee all concessions operations and ensure service excellence during events.
Recruit, train, and develop team members; coach management for peak performance.
Drive guest satisfaction, financial results, and departmental engagement.
Manage POS systems, inventory, and loss prevention processes.
Partner with culinary, purchasing, and analytics teams to innovate menus and fan experiences.
Ensure compliance with safety, alcohol service, and PCI standards.
Monitor and maintain equipment, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
Handle scheduling, payroll, onboarding, and HR-related processes.
Prepare and analyze financial reports; implement action plans.
Resolve guest complaints and team member incidents promptly.
Support sponsorship activations and cross-location initiatives as needed.
