About The Position

As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will drive strategic financial performance in a leading resort hospitality environment. Partner with executive leadership to optimize resort profitability, enhance financial operations, and accelerate long-term business growth through comprehensive budget planning and financial strategy. Proactively analyze financial and operating data to identify critical revenue trends, financial risks, and strategic opportunities in hospitality finance. Implement advanced financial controls and cash flow optimization strategies to streamline Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and resort financial management processes. In this role, you will safeguard the resort's fiscal health by ensuring strict adherence to financial compliance standards, industry best practices, and internal policies—ultimately supporting sustained resort profitability and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospitality finance or resort financial management.
  • Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling relevant to financial management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
