About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to join our dynamic Engineering Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Requirements

• Three to five years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership skills to develop a team of Engineers.
• US work authorization is required.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Technical school certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director of Engineering a Department Head role, reporting to the Director of Engineering, and is responsible for providing service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, fire, HVAC and Safety & Security.
• We expect you to respond to interior & exterior inquires and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
