Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for an Assistant Director of Engineering. A motivated individual who can provide support to our engineering leadership team. You will be responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering and Project Manager with leading a team with passion, that provides service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Requirements

Have an eye for detail and organization
As a diverse team, the more languages you speak the better!
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Licensing in the following; Mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration CFC License.
First Class Engineers License-D.C.
Skilled in proper and safe use of all Engineering equipment, tools, products, & materials
Strong guest service skills and an effective problem solver.
Computer skills e.g. word processing, PM programs.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wire and schematic diagrams.
Working knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations along with all OSHA standards.
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
