USC Athletics is looking to hire an Assistant Director of Donor Service and Retention to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. Reporting directly to the Associate Athletic Director of Premium Seating & Donor Service and Retention, this role will serve as a member of the Athletic Development team and will be the primary day-to-day contact for our current and new Trojan Athletic Fund (TAF) members. This individual will be responsible for annual TAF, ticket and parking renewals, assist with our seat upgrade event, ensure fulfillment of Trojan Athletic Fund benefits, be responsible for resolving all issues completely, build out our client database, and provide interactions that are reflective of the university, always with the goal of driving renewals, increasing support, and growing our donor pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and experience with or working knowledge of Paciolian platform and Salesforce CRM is a plus. They will also have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, have strong attention to detail, work well within a team environment or independently, and have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred. Understanding the unique culture and needs of college athletes is preferred.
