Works under the supervision of the Director of Digital and Email Marketing with close coordination to the Fan Experience, Ticketing Operations and Sales, Development and Communication teams. The primary responsibilities include supporting customer relationships through the creation, management, and execution of strategic digital and email campaigns, in an effort to deliver messaging that engages fans, alumni, and the greater Winston-Salem community and invite them into a closer relationship with Wake Forest Athletics.
