About The Position

Position Summary Abercrombie & Kent, the world’s leader in luxury travel, is searching for a talented digital designer to join our growing digital marketing team. This role will be part of a team responsible for production, design and deployment of high-impact email marketing campaigns that inspire travellers and drive engagement across our full portfolio of luxury travel brands (Abercrombie & Kent, Crystal, Cox & Kings, and Ecoventura). The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of email marketing best practices and a refined eye for luxury aesthetics that align with each brand’s global standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and responsive design to create effective email campaigns
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, BeeFree, Figma, or similar tools
• Demonstrates up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends, email/digital marketing tactics, and best practices
• Experience and/or familiarity with email marketing tools such as Everest, Brite Verify, Litmus, and BeeFree
• Select and curate photography that reflects luxury travel experiences and aligns with brand storytelling
• A detail-oriented team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills
• Ability to multi-task between projects and be prepared to handle on-demand marketing initiatives with short deadlines and pivot when priorities change
• Good communication skills and the ability to express design ideas clearly
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in graphic design or relevant industry experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in email/web design

Nice To Haves

• Travel or luxury brand experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design highly effective email marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines in a timely fashion, based on the global email calendar for all AKTG brands
• Test all outgoing emails for inbox compatibility and execute the final proofing process prior to deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather input during email campaign briefing and facilitate the review and approval process for email campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance to inform future design and recommend optimizations
• Implement and maintain modular email templates and design systems
• Create mock-ups for new email template as needed (crop images, suggest layout, etc.)
• Perform other digital marketing support, marketing duties, and responsibilities as required
