What We're Looking For: The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting the Director of DD Services with the day-to-day operations of DDA programs and all staff. This position provides oversight, coordination, and supervision of the following in both DD Residential and DD Day programs: House Management, Residential Coordinators, Day Program Counselors, Behavioral 1:1 Assistants, CDS Program Manager. Hiring and Training of program staff, special projects, licensure of residence, Person Centered Plan development, community outreach, and client retention. The position ensures compliance with CARF, COMAR, State and Federal regulations, while supporting departmental teams in active participation in continuous quality improvement activities.
