Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare required.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in marketing in an acute care or long-term care setting.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the admissions process
  • Conducts audits of admissions processes.
  • Ensure that all sub-acute patients are financially cleared for admission
  • Conduct tours and maintains tour information
  • Acts as a liaison between the corporate office, finance department, case managers and admissions
  • Ensures that accuracy and integrity of the information entered the ADL system.
  • Manages performance of direct and indirect reports.
  • Provides orientation, coaching, training and development.
  • Takes corrective action when necessary.
  • Utilizes corporate services resources such as Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Information Services, Marketing, etc., as appropriate.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing and resources to support department/agency services.
  • Monitors productivity throughout the year and participates in annual budget preparation.
  • Interviews and participates in the selection process for qualified staff in collaboration with Human Resources and department management.
