Description Job Description Carries out the System, Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values and the overall strategic plan, clinical management, patient care, budgeting, financial management and quality management in all areas of the hospital in the absence of leadership. Assumes direct management and administrative responsibility for the overall operation of the Nursing Department and facility in the absence of leadership during their shift, including hiring, educating, evaluating and managing staff and developing staff.
