We're looking for a hands-on, high-capacity Assistant Director to join our Front of House leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who's not afraid to jump into the day-to-day operations, while also bringing strategy, structure, and heart to the team. You'll be placed in one of four key departments depending on your strengths and experience: Talent (Hiring & Recruiting) Training & Development (Onboarding & Leadership Development) Operations (Shift Management & Drive-Thru Efficiency) Marketing (Brand Awareness, Events, and Community Engagement) This is a full-time leadership role with clear pathways to senior-level growth and influence within the restaurant.
