About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on, high-capacity Assistant Director to join our Front of House leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who's not afraid to jump into the day-to-day operations, while also bringing strategy, structure, and heart to the team. You'll be placed in one of four key departments depending on your strengths and experience: Talent (Hiring & Recruiting) Training & Development (Onboarding & Leadership Development) Operations (Shift Management & Drive-Thru Efficiency) Marketing (Brand Awareness, Events, and Community Engagement) This is a full-time leadership role with clear pathways to senior-level growth and influence within the restaurant.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in food service, retail, or team leadership preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support Front of House teams with excellence and care
Take ownership of your department's goals, systems, and execution
Drive operational performance while creating a positive guest experience
Mentor and develop Team Members and Team Leaders
Collaborate with other directors on strategic initiatives
Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for hospitality, food safety, and service
Think critically and act quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
