Join the University of Dayton and design transformative leadership initiatives, coach FSL councils and chapters, and serve as a vital collaborator in community-wide safety and risk management. The Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life provides direct guidance and support to the fraternity and sorority community, including 25 chapters across four councils and over 1,200 members, focusing on leadership, risk management, and chapter development. This role is responsible for advising assigned FSL councils (assigned based on experience), coaching individual chapters, and supporting recruitment initiatives for all councils. The Assistant Director will also design and implement leadership development programs, advise the Order of Omega FSL Honors Society, support risk mitigation efforts within the Center for Student Involvement, and collaborate with key campus partners on risk prevention and special housing projects. Situated within the Center for Student Involvement, this position reports to the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
