A key responsibility will include educating sponsors on the full suite of E financing products and services and facilitating access to technical assistance for due diligence and underwriting requests. Relationship managers will provide input for all credit approvals and monitor investments across business lines including participating in credit committees and portfolio reviews, coordinating due diligence and reporting requests across business lines to alleviate duplication and, serve as a feedback loop to business lines for challenges and areas for improvement, and will assist in troubled investment/workout situations to mitigate risk. The RM is expected to develop and maintain relationships internally within and externally with Enterprise as relevant to the position within community development organizations and regions in which their EPF clients operate.
