SUMMARY Is responsible for assisting the Building Services Director, coordinating, developing and supervising all program components for Facilities Management and Building Services departments located in the borough assigned. This includes the direct supervision of management staff, maintenance of agency facilities, overseeing repairs and upgrades being performed by outside contractors, cleaning of agency grounds and facilities, compliance with all applicable regulations, division development and expansion. Has the authority to exercise independent judgment within the framework of established policies and procedures that influence operations. Serves as liaison with other agency programs and outside agencies, contractors and vendors.
