Under the direction of the Dining Room Manager, assist in management of all aspects of Dining Room operations of busy, 200 seat, three meals per-day, restaurant. The majority of workday is spent on the dining room floor to supervise the operation of the restaurant. Maintain a consistently high standard of guest service, sanitation, cleanliness, product presentation, and cost control. Assist in supervision of dining room staff to ensure tasks are completed in a friendly, safe and efficient manner. Respond to and resolve food and guest issues as they arise. This position reports to the Dining Room Manager.
