Assistant Dining Manager Western Home Communities is hiring an Assistant Dining Manager to help lead daily dining operations at Gilmore’s Pub/Table 1912. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, delivering great service, and supporting a positive dining experience for residents and guests. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior food service experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising dining staff
• Work alongside the team to ensure excellent customer service
• Help maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with opening/closing operations, deposits, and daily records
• Respond to guest feedback and help create positive dining experiences
