About The Position

Manuel Builders is seeking an Assistant Desing/Home Selections Coordinator to join our support our dynamic Design Team in guiding clients through the home selections process. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for our homeowners as they personalize their new homes.  You’ll assist our Design Coordinators by managing selections documents, coordinating vendor information and maintaining accurate records of finishes, fixtures and materials.  From scheduling appointment to preparing presentation materials, your attention to detail will ensure each client's selections are captured accurately and beautifully.  If you love combining organization with creativity and enjoy being part of a team that turns design ideas into reality, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grown within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Design Coordinators by preparing materials and documentation for client meetings.
  • Create and maintain digital client folders, ensuring all templates and documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Schedule client selections meetings and coordinate logistics between internal teams.
  • Input client selections into Excel templates and update images post-meeting to reflect chosen options.
  • Review selection sheets for accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare final meeting materials, including plans, finalized selections, and signature documents.
  • Process and manage change orders and ensure client records are updated promptly.
  • Maintain and update the Design Center inventory, labeling samples and organizing new product displays.
  • Keep CRM systems and internal templates current and accurate.
  • Assist with maintaining a well-organized, professional Design Center environment.
