This role supports the Department Manager and overall department operations by providing employee training and development, sharing product expertise, leading by example when assisting customers, and finding ways to improve the service provided by JAX. The position involves coordinating with the buyers team to provide feedback on products, visual merchandising with product displays, moving and tracking inventory, stocking, and organizing the department. The ideal candidate is experienced in retail, willing to help, well-organized, takes initiative, communicates well, and has an engaging and positive approach to customer service.
