The Assistant Dean for Whole Health Education is responsible for the design and delivery of an innovative four-year medical school curriculum that engages medical students in active and novel learning and helps AWSOM create meaningful Whole Health clinical exemplars within the community and ecosystem. This position will guide the integration of whole health principles and practices throughout the curriculum and will design and implement whole health-specific learning activities within the Integrated Principles of Medicine (IPM) courses. The Assistant Dean for Whole Health Education develops and manages all four-year components of this thread, including learning objectives, active learning activities, and student assessments. This individual collaborates closely with Course Directors and other Thread Leaders and administrators as part of an interdisciplinary team. This position is open at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level within the non-tenure track, depending on experience and qualifications.
