Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in law school or higher education enrollment management, admissions, or related areas. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing complex operational processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of ABA and AALS standards and law school admissions practices. Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctor degree preferred. Proficiency in Ellucian Banner and LSAC Unite systems
