It's where we have an opportunity to leave a lasting impression by providing friendly and courteous service as they complete their orders. Description Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you oversee the day to day operations of the front end and supervise front end associates/cashiers Cultivate and maintain excellent customer relations and service levels, and ensure a friendly, professional, and well-organized image for the front end, vestibule, and parking lot Assist Customer Service Manager with selection, training, development, and scheduling of cashiers/front end associates Ensure proper product handling and that all legal/regulatory aspects of the front end are followed (i.e. alcohol/tobacco sales, WIC, food stamps)
