The Assistant Culinary Services Director conducts inventory and purchasing activities while ensuring that budget guidelines are achieved. Additionally, this position plans and prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates various restrictions. Maintaining food service areas, including the kitchen and dining areas, is also a key responsibility. The role includes attending continuous learning and development opportunities through participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
