Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • At least six (6) months of experience directly related to the job responsibilities listed.
  • Must have basic reading and math skills for recipes and measurements
  • Must pass background check
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of food items in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of sanitation procedures

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable attitude.
  • Prepare and cook food items accurately and consistently following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Assist with food prep duties including slicing, peeling, and testing for doneness using proper techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Engage with guests in open kitchen settings to create a positive dining experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
  • Attend required trainings and complete assigned prep, opening, and closing duties.
  • Adhere to all departmental procedures, sanitation regulations, and company policies.
  • Support a team-oriented environment and perform other duties as assigned by management.
