About The Position

Universal Parking is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to support day-to-day accounting operations and partner closely with leadership on financial reporting and process improvement. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer on-site in our Downtown Atlanta office. Annual Salary: $125,000 Universal Parking specializes in customized parking and transportation management solutions for property owners and asset managers. Requirements

• Strong experience in financial reporting, GL, and reconciliations
• Solid understanding of AP/AR and payroll processes
• Experience with audits and compliance
• Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred
• Experience in transportation, parking, or multi-location operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
• Maintain general ledger and oversee reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
