As the Assistant Contract Manager, you are a part of BEST PEOPLE, responsible for the management and development of a team of supervisors and team members. The Assistant Contract manager will report directly to our Contract Manager. As the Assistant Contract Manager, you will utilize our BEST SYSTEMS to oversee safety, quality, service deliveries, and cost KPIs to ensure we deliver BEST RESULTS to our clients! Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent team builder and passionate leader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
  • Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired

Responsibilities
