Requirements

  • 1-4 years’ experience in complicated commercial building interiors. Experience should include retail, commercial and institutional with a high level of systems and finishes
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
  • Experienced with OSHA 30, and Procore, with proven success on $5M+ projects
  • A mature professional with excellent judgment and intuitive interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven individual

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day onsite field construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Monitor quality control and address any issues to maintain high construction standards
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Assist with the permit process, working with expeditors, DOB, MTA, and other regulatory agencies
