As an Assistant Community Manager at Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, this role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting the daily operations of the apartment community. This position requires strong customer service instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse resident population, including Spanish-speaking residents. This role is highly resident-facing and requires flexibility, including weekend coverage, to ensure consistent service and responsiveness to community needs. The position supports operational efficiency, leasing activities, and financial processes while helping maintain a welcoming, well-managed community. You will collaborate closely with the Community Manager, residents, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and high resident satisfaction. This is a full-time, onsite role located in Phoenix, AZ (FLATZ 602). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, communicates effectively across diverse groups, and is comfortable taking initiative while supporting both residents and property operations.
