This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community, with a strong focus on compliance, reporting, rent processing, leasing, and marketing. The position assists the Community Manager in ensuring the community operates in full compliance with LIHTC/Tax Credit program requirements and other affordable housing regulations, while maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction. The incumbent will also oversee the community and team in the absence of the Community Manager, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to all co mpliance and operational standards. The incumbent in this role must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.
