About The Position

Wentworth Apartments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our incredible team! As Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in the operational success of the property and the satisfaction of our residents. Responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in property management within the multi-family industry
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and task orientation
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the property
  • Prepare monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditions
  • Posting and reconciling transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentation
  • Maintaining resident files and systems
  • Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community
  • Assisting residents and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
  • Supervising leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community Manager
