Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of apartment community experience; large-property background preferred
- High energy, resident-focused personality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a leasing team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional writing and grammar skills for resident communications
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills preferred (not required)
- Experience with Entrata is a plus
Responsibilities
- Supporting the hiring, training, and scheduling of front office staff
- Driving leasing goals through effective marketing and sales techniques
- Assisting with rent collection and achieving delinquency goals
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
- Managing resident requests with a customer-first mindset
- Helping to track purchase orders and invoices
- Promoting community events and engagement efforts
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of all leasing procedures and rental info
