Requirements

• At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
• Assistant Community Manager experience is required.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work one to two Saturdays per month with an alternative day off during the week.
• Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
