We are excited to add an energetic and detail-driven Assistant Community Asset Manager to our growing team. This position supports the daily operations of three multifamily apartment communities located in Rathdrum and Post Falls, Idaho. It's an ideal opportunity for a real estate professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats-balancing organization and operations with sales, marketing, and resident engagement. Because this role supports multiple properties, reliable transportation is required. Driving between communities is a regular part of the position, and mileage is reimbursed at the current federal per diem rate. Working closely with senior property leadership, the Assistant Community Asset Manager plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while also helping drive occupancy and revenue performance. This position supports leasing activity from first inquiry to signed lease, assists with renewals, and provides consistent follow-up to ensure prospects and residents receive exceptional service. We are looking for someone who enjoys the sales process, understands the value of relationship-building, and takes pride in helping communities maintain strong occupancy. Marketing and social media engagement are also important components of this role. The Assistant Community Asset Manager helps maintain online listings, supports digital advertising efforts, and contributes to social media content that highlights community features, availability, and resident events. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are essential when responding to inquiries, updating property management systems, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. Operationally, this position assists with lease documentation, file compliance, reporting, and coordination with maintenance teams to ensure service requests are properly communicated and completed. The role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across different locations. Daily interaction with residents, vendors, and prospective tenants means professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are a must. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. We offer competitive compensation, leasing commissions, and renewal bonus opportunities for full-time leasing office staff. Eligible employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, short- and long-term disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan. If you are looking to grow your career in multifamily real estate while gaining experience in operations, sales, and marketing across multiple communities, we would love to connect with you.
