This is an entry/mid-level field position that requires an individual who has some construction experience and is seeking to develop their skills and build an in-depth knowledge of the commercial construction industry and the inner workings of running a job site. This position is responsible for assisting the Superintendent with all job-site activity, including management of all subcontractors & suppliers, coordinating deliveries, cataloging and tracking materials, daily logs, and various meetings. The Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent are supported by and support a Project Manager and Project Coordinator who are both typically off-site. Candidates must understand the importance of being able to produce a quality product safely, on budget, and on time. This is a traveling position, with average project durations of 10-14 months.
