About The Position

Under the supervision of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the incumbent will be the primary contact for student-athlete recruitment and will assist in all aspects of operating a NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball program including but not limited to: coaching, recruiting, maintenance of a strong academic environment and student-athlete enhancement activities, compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional regulations, retention of students, management of scholarship and operations budgets, fundraising, organizing practice, developing season and competition schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
• Coaching experience at the collegiate level or higher.
