Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • USSF National License (D or higher) or National Soccer Coaches’ Association of America Advanced Diploma (Premier or Master Coach)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a coaching role at a NCAA Division 1 collegiate institution or head coach at four-year collegiate non D1 institution
  • Valid California Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within 10 days of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at a four-year collegiate institution as the recruiting coordinator.
  • NCAA recruiting certified (NCAA Coaches Exam).
  • Playing experience at a NCAA four-year college.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting international student-athletes.
  • Experience playing or coaching in an NCAA Division 1 Championship game.
  • Additional coaching certifications not specifically mentioned (i.e.; goalkeeping, national, FA, UEFA, etc.).
  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
