Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership experience (keyholder, shift lead, or assistant manager) in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
Comfortable in a sales-driven, people-focused environment.
Great communicator who motivates through positivity and accountability.
Organized, reliable, and thrives under pressure.
CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days).

Nice To Haves

Experience selling memberships or personal training.
Background in gym operations or fitness leadership.
Proven ability to coach a team to hit performance goals.
Drive to become a Club Manager within 12–18 months .

Responsibilities

Partner with the Club Manager to run daily operations in Sales, Fitness, and Front Desk.
Lead from the front — set the tone for service, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Coach and motivate your team to hit membership and personal training goals .
Help with hiring, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing team.
Resolve member issues with professionalism and care.
Keep the club organized, welcoming, and efficient.
Work a flexible schedule , including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
