Requirements

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience (keyholder, shift lead, or assistant manager) in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
  • Comfortable in a sales-driven, people-focused environment.
  • Great communicator who motivates through positivity and accountability.
  • Organized, reliable, and thrives under pressure.
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling memberships or personal training.
  • Background in gym operations or fitness leadership.
  • Proven ability to coach a team to hit performance goals.
  • Drive to become a Club Manager within 12–18 months .

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Club Manager to run daily operations in Sales, Fitness, and Front Desk.
  • Lead from the front — set the tone for service, cleanliness, and teamwork.
  • Coach and motivate your team to hit membership and personal training goals .
  • Help with hiring, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing team.
  • Resolve member issues with professionalism and care.
  • Keep the club organized, welcoming, and efficient.
  • Work a flexible schedule , including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
