About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA</b> to support clinical leadership and team development at our Fayetteville, NC location. </p> Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills — while supporting families every step of the way. The Assistant Clinical Director plays a key leadership role through clinical oversight, mentorship, and ensuring high -quality, ethical ABA service delivery across settings where services are provided. </p> This position supports both direct clinical care and leadership responsibilities, including coaching clinicians, supporting quality initiatives, and collaborating closely with senior leadership. </p> This is a full -time, Monday–Friday role.

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification </p></li
  • Eligible for North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure </p></li
  • Strong clinical expertise and professional judgment </p></li
  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff </p></li
  • Commitment to ethical, family -centered ABA </p></li

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3–4+ years of BCBA experience </p></li
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience </p></li
  • Experience supporting children with autism across varying support needs </p></li

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians </p></li
  • Support ethical caseload management and quality -focused ABA programming </p></li
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans as needed </p></li
  • Lead clinical consultation, case review, and treatment planning support </p></li
  • Coach and mentor clinicians to promote growth and best -practice standards </p></li
  • Provide caregiver training and collaboration </p></li
  • Support documentation, payer, and regulatory compliance </p></li
  • Contribute to onboarding, training, and development of clinical staff </p></li
  • Partner with leadership on quality improvement and program initiatives </p></li
  • Promote a positive, mission -centered team culture </p></li
