About the role We are looking for a passionate Assistant Chef Concierge who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Director of Concierge.

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years previous hotel management experience, preferably in the concierge.
  • Requires a working knowledge of the Concierges aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of Hotel Services. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
  • It requires knowledge for the ability to operate computer equipment and the concierge system.
  • The Ability to read and speak English.
  • Hawaii Food Handler Card
  • Maui Liquor Card
  • Les Clefs d’Or preferable
  • Tuberculosis Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
