A DCS Assistant Case Manager-Visitation (Case Aide-Visitation) is responsible for safely escorting and/or transporting clients to DCS visitation meetings and documenting observations. A day in the life of a DCS Assistant Case Manager-Visitation (Case Aide-Visitation) can look like: • Supervising visitation meetings among clients (parents and children) • Entering case notes into the computer-based Case Management System • Driving on state business to transport children to appointments, etc. • Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment Alternative work hours may be required, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
