Requirements

  • Medicare and Medicaid pending experience in a skilled nursing facility
  • A/R Experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting principles for skilled nursing facilities.
  • Experience with billing in a skilled nursing facility required.
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Office Manager in the proper billing
  • Assist the Business Office Manager in the proper collections
  • Assist the Business Office Manager in the proper management of the Medicaid Pending and accounts receivable functions of the facility
