Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. At least five or more years of professional work experience required within a higher education, facilities and operations environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Banner HPRO , and related software tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members. Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends during busy periods as needed. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree preferred. Two or more years of experience in purchasing, bidding, contracts, and business operations is strongly desired. Experience operating in a high-stress, fast-paced environment focused on customer success and service to an academic institution is highly valued. Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, is preferred. Proficiency with BudgetPak and TMA Systems a plus.
