About The Position

Join Reynolds Consumer Products and drive your career across a world of opportunities! We are searching for an Assistant Brand Manager for International to join our team. This role is an entry-to-mid-level marketing position responsible for providing the analytical and executional support needed to grow our brands — Reynolds, Hefty, and Diamond—across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Focusing specifically on the Cooking Paper and Plastic Wrap / Film categories, you will help us identify growth opportunities within our existing international footprint and support the development of assortments for new market entries. We are looking for an inquisitive, data-driven professional who is ready to learn the complexities of global trade and contribute to the development of products that win on the global shelf. The Assistant Brand Manager for International supports the development of our global product portfolio. In this role, you will be the "eyes and ears" of the category, utilizing data to help identify the next "where to play" opportunities. You will lead the coordination of new product line extensions and assist in optimizing regional assortments. This role is dedicated to supporting profitability in established territories and helping to build the commercial path for new markets through diligent analysis of pricing and product mix. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related brand marketing experience in the CPG industry.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, working with excel, power point and word documents, and assisting with P&Ls/budgets with high attention to detail.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • A strong interest in the research and development phase of the product lifecycle and a desire to help identify customer needs and gaps in the market.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to succinctly convey market data to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Stewardship: Assist in managing the health of the Paper and Film categories, ensuring they remain relevant and profitable across diverse global markets.
  • NPD Coordination: Lead the development process for new products and line extensions specifically for the Paper and Plastic Warp / Film categories.
  • Commercialization Lead: Manage and drive commercialization efforts from concept to launch, ensuring all regional regulations, packaging requirements, and supply chain logistics are met.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with teams across Sales, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain to keep development initiatives on track.
  • Growth Identification: Analyze current performance and global trends to help identify "white space" opportunities in existing markets and evaluate the viability of new market entries.
  • Assortment Support: Help identify and develop optimized product assortments for both existing regions and new market launches to ensure we meet local customer and consumer needs.
  • Pricing Analysis: Lead the evaluation of regional pricing tactics to ensure competitiveness while maintaining business unit financial targets.
  • Market Monitoring: Closely monitor and analyze international business trends and competitive activity in existing and target markets.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and prepare business updates regarding volume, profit, and market share by distribution channel for international territories.
  • Ultimately, you will play a vital role in our company and will lead projects to analyze current performance, trends, and market conditions that impact our company so that we can continue to innovate and improve.
