About The Position

As Nom Nom focuses on our retail footprint across key partners we’re looking for an ABM to support primarily Shopper Marketing to help bring our brand to life wherever pet parents shop — online and in-store. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who understands how retail marketing works, knows how to turn sales data into action, and is excited to build programs that drive trial, conversion, and brand love. This ABM will own the development and execution of shopper marketing programs across our retail partners, ensuring our brand shows up in a compelling, consistent, and conversion-driven way. You’ll work cross-functionally with brand, sales, creative, and agency partners to support new product launches, promotions, and always-on retail initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing programs across retailers (brick & mortar and e-tail) to drive awareness, trial, and conversion
  • Understand each retailer’s marketing ecosystem and manage the tactics that maximize impact (digital, in-store, media, etc.)
  • Partner closely with Sales to support retailer priorities, promotions, and joint business plans
  • Own how the brand shows up online across retailer platforms (product detail pages, brand stores, search, display, and promotional placements)
  • Build and manage digital marketing programs in support of product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
  • Manage the retail media agency partners to maximize ROAS on spend and link execution to the balance of the brand
  • Create and manage digital assets in partnership with creative agency and media partners to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Lead in-store sampling and demo programs, including planning, execution, vendor management, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure strong in-store/onsite presence where possible signage, displays, and merchandising that aligns with brand standards
  • Work with retail and sales team partners to identify opportunities to improve shelf visibility and shopper engagement
  • Analyze sales performance, promotional results, and campaign effectiveness. Fluency in NielsenIQ or other syndicated data tools is preferred.
  • Translate data into insights, best practices, and clear recommendations for future programs
  • Track KPIs and share learnings with internal stakeholders to continuously improve performance
  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, Sales, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, on-brand programs
  • Support other aspects of brand marketing, including brand activation, influencer/creator, and other channels as necessary
  • Support go-to-market plans for new product launches across retail channels
