An Assistant Branch Manager at Connex Credit Union is responsible for providing outstanding service to all members, identifying and solving their financial needs, and driving branch growth and profitability through business development within the community. This role involves managing two direct reports (New Account Representative and Service Coordinator) and providing general coaching to all branch personnel on advocacy, sales, and service techniques. The Assistant Branch Manager also covers for the Branch Manager during absences and may be transferred to other locations temporarily or permanently if deemed in the company's best interest.
