About The Position

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch Manager in effectively overseeing the operations of a specific location. Your main focus will be to assist in leading and motivating a team of employees, including facilitating training, coaching, and performance management. In collaboration with the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring sales activities, and implementing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will also assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the Branch Manager in overseeing operational activities, such as managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and optimizing operational efficiency. You may also assist in handling cash management, overseeing security measures, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will help monitor and analyze key performance metrics, provide regular reports to the Branch Manager, and contribute insights and recommendations for improving branch performance. You may also collaborate with other departments, such as sales, supply chain, marketing, human resources, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization. Ultimately, your role as an Assistant Branch Manager is to support the Branch Manager in achieving the branch's goals and objectives by providing leadership, operational support, and excellent customer service.
