Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager supervises all branch office activities, coordinating and directing daily operations. This role involves directing personnel activities to ensure efficient operation within federal and state laws, NCUA regulations, and UFCU policies. Key responsibilities include resolving escalated member issues, collaborating with other UFCU departments, and empowering and developing employees to support branch and Credit Union initiatives. The Assistant Branch Manager reports to the Branch Manager and leads the Teller role.
