Requirements

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A two-year college degree, completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors.
  • Previous banking management experience
  • This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary starting at $63,000.00 depending on experience, education and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assists members with all related functions of their department.
  • Assist Branch manager and VP of Operations, attend all related meetings, and be able to provide research for all assigned projects or assignments.
  • Answer questions about products and services and provide problem resolution. Assist MSR II staff members with technical problems and questions relating to complicated products and regulations.
  • Provide training to MSR II employees, which includes coaching for enhanced performance in all areas of job including sales and service.
  • Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members, brings up the conversation regarding the products and services and finalizes the business.
  • Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports processed.
