Position Summary: The Assistant Branch Manager is key to the smooth functioning of the branch and is responsible for member service, guidance and coaching of staff and performing branch operations and functions that enable the branch to serve members with excellence. The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager with the operations of the branch which may include scheduling staff, answering questions on products and services, policies and procedures, or rules and regulations.
